Shoes off or covered, drop cloths down where they're needed, and everything put back where we found it. If something needs moving we'll ask first rather than shift it ourselves.
We just ask that pets are secured and kept clear of the work area while we've got water and equipment out.

We're happy to help with light furniture if you let us know ahead of time. For safety reasons we're not responsible for damage while moving things.
We'll lift and re-hang blinds to reach the glass. We don't clean window coverings themselves.
