Sprinkler spray and well water carry dissolved minerals. The water evaporates, the minerals stay, and they bond to the surface of the glass. No amount of ordinary cleaning shifts them, because there's nothing there to wipe away — the deposit is sitting on the glass itself.
We work a treatment across the affected panes to break the deposits down, then rinse and finish the glass the way we would on any other job. Most windows come back clear.
If the staining has been there long enough to etch into the glass, it may not come out completely. Often you can't tell until the glass is clean, so if we find etching we'll show you and talk it through. We price it by condition once we've had a look.

Questions
In most cases, yes. Heavy buildup that has etched into the glass may not come out completely. Sometimes that only shows once the windows are clean, and if so we'll walk you through it.
It takes longer than a standard clean and the time depends entirely on how heavy the deposits are, so we quote it once we've seen the glass.
It will if the sprinklers keep hitting the windows. Adjusting the spray pattern is usually the fix, and we'll point out which heads are causing it.
